Not numbers matching, the V8 326 engine is out of a 1966 manual car with 250HP. Automatic transmission, dual exhaust, power steering, power top, manual brakes, heater (n/w). Good chrome, emblems, stainless, carpet, floor mats, all good weather striping, felt, battery, brakes. Very nice original seats, new convertible top boot.
