1964 Chevy Impala SS Convertible: Original color of Goldwood Yellow exterior with it’s correct black interior. A professional mechanic rebuilt the engine and transmission less than two years ago has around 250 miles on rebuild. Previous owner states the car retains it’s original #’s matching 327 ci. V8 engine, with the correct Powerglide transmission. Equipped with power steering, power brakes, power top, correct wheel covers, SS trim/bucket seats and AM radio. New black vinyl soft top with boot, trunk kit, spare tire and cover and comes with jack. Body-on repaint. Original interior with new vinyl front seat covers. Nice chrome and stainless steel (still presents great)( has a few dings). All the rubber weather seals on the car are nice and fresh appearing. New Radial whitewall tires, less than two years old. It has been driven very little since the work was done. The body and paint is nice but not perfect. The passenger door needs to be adjusted in a little (we dont have a body shop to do those kind of adjustments). All the dash indicator lights are working, speedometer, odometer, radio, wipers, heater works and exterior/interior lights all work nicely. The original undercarriage is lightly undercoated, the trunk pan has been replaced. The car runs and sounds great. Very driveable and dependable, great looking body style, in arguably the best color combination and in a convertible, very cool car.
