1965 Ford Mustang Fastback

1965 Ford Mustang Fastback. Restored and equipped with the 289 V8 engine and automatic three speed transmission. Completely restored less than 10 years ago. Newer chrome and stainless steel throughout, very nice glass, good clean fit and finish. Wearing BF Goodrich radial tires with raised white lettering on American Racing 15' mags. Chrome or polished dress up throughout engine compartment, Ford racing valve covers, electronic ignition, serpentine belt system, chrome alternator, chrome air-conditioning compressor with hidden lines in the passenger side fender. Has a Red top Optima battery, aluminum radiator with electric fan, dual master cylinder with drum brakes on all four corners. Underneath the car is solid but has had some metal replaced. For instance, on the drivers side floor pan you can see in the pictures its been removed from front to back and a new pan welded in. Which is better than filling old rotten metal with undercoating to hide swiss cheese. The interior has been reupholstered with black vinyl seats and new foam, black vinyl door panels, new carpet, throughout, front floor mats embossed with the mustang logo and new weather stripping throughout. Full modern gauge cluster with volts, oil pressure, speedometer, fuel gauge, and water temperature. The radio has been replaced with vintage air controls, door sill stainless trim in very nice condition, air-conditioning blows cold and works properly, also has custom vents installed under dash. Very nice wood ring steering wheel, clean dash pad with no cracks. Nice newer headliner, fold down rear seat with access door to trunk. Good clean car presents very well. Not working: back up lights, turn signal indicators dont light up on instrument cluster and windshield wipers. Showing 38750 miles.
